Induction Phone Call

An initial chat to discuss your goals and how we’re going to achieve them. We will run through your answers from the questionnaire that you filled in and work around your lifestyle and schedule.

Nutrition Plan

A detailed guide on food/calorie intake based on your activity levels, lifestyle, and goals.
This will be broken down into meals to optimise energy levels, satiety, and macro/micro-nutrient intake so that we can get the best possible results in the shortest time.

Training Plan

Not only will you have a weekly goal of workouts to fulfil, but we will provide you with optimal exercises to hit your targets. Whether that be performance or aesthetic based, the full plan will be structured for specifically that and tailored for each individual, tweaking along the way based on your feedback.

Supplement Plan

Though not always a necessity, supplements can be huge in breaking through plateaus, and reaching levels in training and performance beyond previous experience. We will only select the correct supplementation for your goal and work smart with the use of them.

Weekly Check-in

Each week on an agreed day, you will check in with your coach, giving feedback on how the week went, your weight, measurements, any concerns, training, your upcoming schedule if it is going to effect anything, and so on. Not only this, but any questions you may have throughout the week is more than welcome.
